"What made our stay pleasant was Kellie. She is pleasant, helpful, and mindful. When I called, she took time to answer my question. When we had an issue with the room, she fixed it right away. The hotel is outdated but it met our needs. The furniture in the room is old. The room smelled musty but bearable. The bed is good and we had a good night sleep."

From our porch swing we enjoyed seeing river otters, bucks; does with their young, eagles including one with a fish in it's talons and numerous birds and butterflies. The room was comfortable, clean and kitchen appointed with all you need. Bicycles on sight to enjoy the trails or take to town. We had a wonderful/relaxing time and come home refreshed!"

"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."

"My stay was not good, for the price I paid I should of had a little better of a stay.. staff was not helpful, housekeeping didn't come around to give clean towels and the blanket and comforter both on the bed had a nasty musty/pee smell and when I went to the front desk to ask for different ones, I was told housekeeping had left for the day and front desk "didn't have keys" for the clean linen closet that the housekeeper took it with her so I had to "deal" with the stinky blankets and no clean...
