"We loved this beautiful and quaint B&B. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed hearing a bit about the history of the building. The location was perfect for walking around Venice. The included breakfast was very tasty with much to choose from. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. Thank you :)"

"Location"

"I really loved this air B&B style hotel. It is about 30 min by bus to the old town and located in a bit more residential area of the city, with the train station down the road. The owner was very friendly and cleaned the rooms everyday. I did complete the online check-in prior to arriving but I'm not sure if the program glitched because I was not sent check-in details and had to message the owner on the app. I felt bad because maybe my phone connection was not good, so it sent the message like...

"I liked everything the staff is very personable and friendly. Roberto helped us get a taxi to take us back to the airport. The area is very nice and safe."

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"

"The courtyard was a great meeting place for friends to gather...Francesca & Ricardo were great & helpful..."

"The room smelled like raw sewage. It was disgusting. Maybe because it's Venice, IDK, but yuk!"

"This is a beautiful palazzo directly next to Campo Santa Maria Formosa that is rented out by the two very kind owners. The location is great - easy to walk to anywhere, but not overwhelmed by traffic. If I could improve one thing, it would be that the TV in the room was not a TV that I could cast my phone to, so we couldn’t...

"Great hotel near the train station and Cannaregio. Clean and quiet room with great air conditioning. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend for a trip to Venice."

"This place needs serious upgrade ; in a junior suite the telephone did not work , no tissues no conditioner. The appellation Palazzo is misleading ; the confort is way below par and expectations. They need to invest seriously …."
