Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. The room itself was in the next building over, which wasn’t a big deal. The only thing we noticed was that particular stairwell was super stuffy and smelled rather fishy (but with the hotel on a canal, I don’t know if that could be helped). Overall, a really nice hotel and would stay again when in Venice.

Centrally located property, which makes it noisy at times. However, the host were extremely welcoming and offered us coffee and biscuits along with early check in (free). The Suite was spacious, clean, perfect for a family of 4. Good breakfast in one of the best rooms I ever had breakfast to with classical music at the background. The price could be lower but Venice is expensive anyway

Excellent Hotel! I stayed with my family, husband and two teenagers. The room was big enough for the four of us. Excellent location, close to water bus stops, restaurants and shops. The staff was supper friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel - nice and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Location is brilliant - just over 16 minutes’ walk from the train station (over three bridges, but that’s not too bad for Venice); and really convenient to walk to the sights.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is very central and very pretty, and the staff really friendly. They had very good recommendations for restaurants. The room was nice and very typical of Venice even though a bit dated. But enough for what you need. There is free tea and coffee in the lounge and breakfast was really nice.

I travel a lot and this was the best hotel, service, experience in a decade at least. Everyone that works at this hotel was exceptional. They treat you as if you are the only guest in their home. A special call out to Fabio who went above and beyond from day one. I will only at this hotel when going to Venice again. It is absolutely the best
