"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Just a bit small Staff was nice and helpful The only issue I had was the noise - I could hard people partying downstairs and next door neighbour showering and using toilet, even with the windows shut "

"Super clean, great Location , supermarket, restaurants , ice cream shops all near by. Station close by to get into Venice effortlessly for only 1.50 euro . Very helpful friendly staff. Can’t fault it . "

"Breakfast was good but no shops near by. Taxi cost 20 euros from airport. Near by but cannot walk need a taxi or car to reach. Taxi to venice £45 for 2 people sharing was good too. Room very clean, staff very helpful. "

"The property was an easy 15 minute walk from the terminal. The airport shuttle runs at limited times and so was not available when I landed (which I knew in advance). Due to my arrival time, I received instructions for self check in which were very easy to follow. The room was very clean, well presented and toiletries provided for guests convenience. The only issue I experienced was that the bed was very hard and I did not have a comfortable nights sleep. I stayed for one night after landing in Italy before proceeding with my onward journey. My main requirement was a good night sleep which I did not get. The shower was very hot and powerful and the location excellent but a more comfortable bed would be welcome. "

"Welcoming hotel, we were in the new part and it was very comfortable. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Close to the airport if you arrive late like us...Venice is only 20min by bus to Piazzale Roma and €1.50 per person each way."
