"Very nice place close to"

"What a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully and recently renovated, with a stunning view from the terrace that we enjoyed every evening. Air conditioning made the stay very comfortable even during the warm Tuscan days, and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat. We loved having two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and space. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the surrounding Garfagnana area — we’ll...

"Another beautiful holiday in the Rena Majore region with optimal support of the hostess!"

"We loved our stay! This is a really cool place in a great location. It had everything we needed and our host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We would absolutely stay there again."

"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. "A beautiful location, the kitchen had everything you could ask for, pool and garden great for the kids , we had a fantastic holiday."

"The home worked out well for our party of 4. This was a very quiet and relaxing stay with proximity to Orvieto and Civita. The view across the valley of Orvieto was amazing at all hours of the day and we did a wine tasting and bought wine at the winery. The hostess was helpful and very nice. The only small negative was the location is roughly 40 mins from Orvieto, but the quiet setting and views made this worth it."

"Very warm welcome with nice food and wine."

"We had a very nice stay at Tre Acque. A perfect location and pretty house. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Our daughters ( 18, 21, 24 years) had each enough privacy as the rooms are spread out . The outside cold shower is very nice and convenient. The WiFi is good. The contact with the owner is quick and friendly. In summary a perfect stay on a very nice and beautiful island. I would highly recommend to go to Elba and to Tre Acque "

"A week in this villa was idyllic! Comfortable, well equipped, stylish… Garden and pool is wonderful asset… Really warm welcome "

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley. The apartment is exactly as listed, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. Fabio and Annemarie are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a wonderful stay."
