"Clean room with attentive staff over the course of our 2 night stay. We never had a car but thought it costly at £14 a night,make a profit for sure but slightly high imo. We were unfortunate to have some of the travelling community staying and staff found it challenging to address their presence. I understand why this to be the case."

"The bedding could have been cleaner, there were some stains on the silk and dust across the tv unit area. The hotel WiFi kept losing connection. The restaurant area, could have been dusted down before we were seated. The glass roof and doors had stains and bird poop which is not pleasant to see especially when you are eating. Staff were friendly but the overall maintenance could have been a lot better and cleaner."

"Had a great stay and would stay in this accommodation again . Very clean room and quite modern and breakfast amazing and was free and all staff lovely . All I would comment on they need more staff during the evening . The two staff that were there were rushed off there feet but they still done a brilliant job thank you"

"Receptionist very polite and helpful on arrival To our surprise, we were given Welcome packs for our dogs, which we thought was adorable. Room clean, everything worked except the television, but didn’t report/complain as we didn’t particularly want to watch anything. A fair choice of food for Breakfast,all cooked properly Service was good, staff polite. Overall happy with our stay at this particular Holiday Inn."

"Family room which was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. They supplied 2 fans as no air conditioning, they will be going through refurbishment soon. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again."
