"The hotel was lovely, rooms nice and location convenient. But the best part of the stay was the lovely lady on reception. She went above and beyond. So so friendly which you don’t always get. Would make me recommend this hotel purely based on the staff member."

"Had a really nice night’s stay with a 3 course meal each at the hotel’s restaurant and we got an upgrade to a balcony room for £15. Friendly staff and lovely luxury hotel with luxury amenities in the room too. Only improvement could be better air conditioning as the room was still quite hot even with fan unit and ceiling fan"
