"It is at the doorstep of main train station. The area is safe and room is ample and quiet. Highly recommended "

"Our hotel room looked nothing like the pics and when I showed the front desk the pics from hotels.com he asked me what hotel is this and I said this one. He said those are not pics from our hotel and got another worker who told me those are from here just not the room we were in. We stayed the night because I could find nothing else available. It is a short 10 min walk to airport which is the only good thing about this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We felt like we were in prison in our room. "

"Convenient 5 minutes from the main Napoli train station. Reasonable price, it’s very noisy due to its location. No amenities but there are so many choices of coffee shops and restaurants"

"We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit."

"Check in was straight forward with the staff being helpful. Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choice of different Breakfast foods."

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"
