The Residence - Domain A private and secure gated compound located to the rear of a Domain Road apartment complex. Follow the main path all the way along to your own urban oasis. The entrance gate opens to a north facing large and spacious 200sqm terrace and garden with vista views beyond the Yarra river and suburbs of Cremorne and Richmond hill in the distance. The residence offers interior designed classic and contemporary spaces with antiques and art.

The apartment was perfect. Comfortable,quiet, private, secure and in a great location. Felt like a home with beautiful decor and the large outdoor entertainment area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. An early checkin and late checkout was appreciated and Vincent was great with his communication.
Property was ideal for what we needed. Arrived from Scotland the day before. Property was well appointed and a good place to relax and recover from the journey. Very well furnished and handy for amenities. Very happy with it.
Loved staying here. The unit was spacious and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The master bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe with a grocery store about 10 minutes walk. We loved the patio area and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Easy contact with the owner who answered any questions very quickly.
We had a wonderful stay - close to cafes, shops, gardens and restaurants. Walked everywhere. We had a pram so it was great being close to everything. Yard was spacious and very secure for our dog and inside was clean, cosy and wonderfully decorated. Extra touches with milk & orange juice in the fridge and a late check out. Hosts were great to communicate with, helpful & punctual. It was a great place to base ourselves.
We have stayed in this property a couple of times now and we were not disappointed this time. Its the small things that the owners think of like, lots of spare towels, lots of spare coat hanger, milk and juice in the fridge plenty of coffee and tea, umbrella's and the list goes on. The kitchen is really well stocked and the dishwasher is easy to use and works really well (unlike most rental dishwashers). Its brilliant for the dogs too as they have a secure private garden to run around in. We will continue to stay here when we visit Melbourne as long as they will allow us to.

Fantastic location, close to Melbourne CBD, amazing home away from home. Awesome green treed courtyard, to sit and enjoy breakfast or an late evening bubbles.Great for our gour legged family member. Beds so comfortable we all got a good nights sleep.Host very communicative and easy to deal with, they even left fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge for us, which was a lovely welcome surprise. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
Absolutely perfect in every way. Loved that we could walk to the gardens and morning coffee spots. It suited our needs so well, and we enjoyed that we had high quality accommodation even though we had two small poodles.

The perfect place to stay in this leafy part of town. The apartment is elegantly furnished, with thoughtful touches provided by host Vincent. Close to the tram and train, numerous dining options and the beautiful Botanic Gardens. Bonus at this property is your own terraced garden with dappled views.
Beautifully presented property with a private deck and courtyard. Be aware there are some steep steps from street level to the property entry and pack a little lighter than I did. Bed super comfortable but a little cozy for my 6’2” husband to share with my 5’5” frame. Fine once I evicted him to the second bedroom!

Amazing place! Location was top tier for walks through the Botanical, along the river and exploring all that South Yarra had to offer. Easy walk to restaurants. The place was clean and stylish. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
