Riverside cottage was perfect for our group. It is clean, well appointed and beautifully presented. Great location not far from town centre yet very peaceful. Highly recommended.
Very happy with host, amenities and the cleanliness of the house. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated without being cluttered. Will definitely book again.
Our family had a fabulous weekend away staying here…it was a quiet, tranquil and spacious house with a fantastic secure garden for our dogs to play without worry of them escaping! The only negative would be that there were areas that could have done with a really good clean but on the whole we would return!
Had a great family catch up. Property was well
located with an easy walk to town. It was very comfortable and warm. Loved the outlook and great sitting room with the fireplace
Charming cottage with good facilities. Comfortable beds, gorgeous rooms. Convenient location, close to Yarra and short walk to main street shops. Great heating and lovely fireplace.
Beautiful, clean and homely property in excellent location across from the river and a short walk into town. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave!!

The perfect space for a family getaway from the city. We very much enjoyed the fireplace, it heated up the whole house! The house is in a great location, very close to the local cafes/restaurants. We loved hearing the Kookaburras in the morning and watching the Rosellas in the trees.
The house was cute and cosy. We loved the fireplace and abundance of firewood and check in was easy. It was a nice quiet location and family and our dog loved it.We did find some light bulbs and appliances that weren’t working properly but overall was a great little getaway. Would definitely recommend.
A most warm and comfortable property. A great location in the most beautiful town. It's Warby! Thank you.

Family time at Christmas
A beautiful old home for catching up with family. Plenty of room, privacy and so close to the centre of town. The towering trees, gardenia bushes encircling the house and the picturesque old home made it a great stay. The choice of 2 very adequate bathrooms and decent sized kitchen was very much appreciated as well as the comfortable bedrooms.Well worth the stay.Thank you .
We had a wonderful stay! Such a lovely house and location, perfect for our two families. The property could use a deep clean as windows and skirtings etc were very dusty and dirty. The exhaust fan also needs to be repaired as it was broken. We'd come back for sure.
We enjoyed this property immensely. The modern kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated as was the plethora of wood for the wood heater in the main room which kept us toasty and helped us relax. Having split systems in all the rooms was a luxury as well. Proximity to town and the Yarra meant we didn't have to drive and kept our dogs (and humans) very happy. Beds were all super comfy and everything was clean and fresh.
Fabulous few days was had in Warburton, accomodation clean, everything we needed was supplied, it was comfortable and just a short walk to shops. 10/10
We loved our stay at the Warburton Cottage.
We loved the peace and tranquility.
We loved sitting on the raised decking, and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The sounds of nature, bird life and sunshine.
The property backs onto the Yarra river.
It is a short distance from town, La La Falls and other great walks.
We loved the furnishings and the clocks that did it change.
Great cooking facilities, old architecture & a beautiful garden.
We would love to return.
My family (six adults) had a wonderful time staying here over Christmas. The house was well set up for groups, and the covered outdoor area was hugely appreciated as it allowed us to enjoy eating on the balcony even when it was raining. This kitchen was very big which was useful when multiple people were cooking.
The location is great - opposite the Yarra, just a short walk along the river or the main road in to town to the cafes. Having a securely fenced yard meant we had piece of mind that our curious dog wouldn't wander on to the road.
I would recommend this property to others and would gladly stay here again.
We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It's a beautiful home, clean, has old world charm with modern conveniences and is situated not far from the river, with beautiful surrounding views. We throughly enjoyed our morning walks in the surrounding area, followed by coffee and breakfast on the balcony.
The house is a short walk to the beautiful township of Warburton, and is close to many attractions, activities and places of interest, including the swing bridge, Blue Lotus Farm, La La Falls, Healesville Sanctuary and the lookout and rainforest gallery on Mt Donna Buang.
The host Kathy, is lovely and was quick to answer our questions.
If you're looking for a quiet getaway that's still close to cafes, etc, this is the place to be. The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and great hosts. We definitely hope to visit again
General areas like kitchen & bathrooms were clean but the rest needs a deep clean. Very dusty everywhere, even inside of wardrobes. Windows had dirt and mould on the inside.
There was gas leaking out of knobs on stove, this should have been picked up on by getting a professional in to inspect before renting out. We were able to turn the gas bottles off and use electric pans provided for cooking instead so still able to cook during our stay.
The house needs some work.
Location was really good and view to river was lovely. Easy walk to IGA and to the playground.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay while experiencing what the area has to offer. The house was beautifully presented with a nostalgic style and atmosphere. The clock theme and decorative furnishings were superb. It offered plenty of very functional living space, storage space and a five plus‑star kitchen. It was easy to settle in and enjoy the property. We very much appreciate this property being dog friendly which was the reason we chose this option in the first place and it made for a fun stay with our pup. We look forward to staying again in the future. Below are a hopefully a few constructive, easy‑to‑address suggestions to enhance future guests’ experiences: We found a few odd items in drawers and scattered around that appeared to have been left by previous guests (which we know can happen). Checking draws and vanity units prior to guest arrival would avoid any unexpected surprises. The outdoor TV had no reception, the remote control was dead, and the bedside clocks were unplugged. Ensuring all devices are in working order and set correctly creates a far more welcoming impression. The BBQ should have been presented as perfectly clean, hygienic and ready to use but both the hot plate and grill needed a deep clean/resurface or replacement so we could not use this. As the spa is not working perhaps this should be removed from the listing to avoid disappointment. Likewise, breakfast provisions provided
