"No heating in our bedroom an very thin duvets made the night far from cosy"

"Warm welcome and my boys really loved the drinks and chocolate left for them in our room. Great having access to the pool/spa, lovely grounds and good food in the bar. Breakfast was also good, although the kitchen were stretched trying to keep pace with demand for hot breakfast items from guests at the previous day's wedding! We'll be staying there again!"

Nothing special. Hotel has been given 4 stars. I think it should be 3 stars. Also when booking this hotel. They should give details where the carpark is. "
