"room was huge. really pleased to have fridge in my room. chair & side table provided. good air conditioning. modern bathroom. i would definitely stay there again. "

"Excellent location. Cabot circus literally across the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was average clean. Underside of bath handle was gross. Corners of room dusty and set of daughter's asthma when she was hiding there. Beds are very springy. Rooms very warm, air con limited. Shower tap was not working properly so water was very hot. Rooms quiet or a hotel next to a main road. Water dispensers on each floor which was good. Would not stay again. Slept badly and room not 4*."

"Request on Expedia form for early arrival was not communicated. Bathroom was not clean, loo unflushed. Wi fi was not given on arrival Phone contact to reception was not clear on the room phone When we dialled zero no one answered despite several attempts But A comfortable bed and sheets and handy phone charging Reception helpful "

"Room wasn’t up to standard would expect, on having a bath all of a sudden the water was brown and scummy and a floating brown piece of something turned out to be rust and dirt from the plug/drain reported to reception told Oo sorry , no offer to have it looked at or moved room"

"Nice hotel, convenient for the station, right by a good shopping mall. The #8 bus took me around town, all the way to Clifton. Bristol is a cool destination, lots to do and see. I enjoyed returning to the Moxy at night and relaxing in their excellent bar"
