"Room clean and tidy, staffs were helpful. Breakfast were good, they have everything included that is needed. They have varieties in breakfast so it’s not only pan cakes that I thought earlier it would be as mentioned in older reviews. Today I had breads, egg omelette, juice, fruits, bacon, yogurt, cereals, etc."

"the hotel is conveniently close to the cleveland airport. the staff were very kind and helpful. the room was especially clean. the breakfast was delicious and hot. the cinnamon rolls are our favorite. everything was perfect for our little two night getaway. we have been married for 55 years. the breakfast area was spotlessly clean. the kitchen workers were prompt in refilling g everything. well stay there again if we ever fly to cleveland again."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay here but of course there were some things we didn’t enjoy as much. PROS: First off the staff was very helpful during check in and check out. The location is convenient especially if you wanted to do some shopping or go out to eat. The size of the was was enough for our whole group (4), as we were in town for the J Cole Fall Off tour. Breakfast is free, which is always nice and there is a pool which we didn’t use. CONS: the beds (at least in our room) were not very comfortable at all. Kinda just felt like laying on springs. The breakfast IS free but wasn’t all that good. The bathroom was not really that clean as there was a some debris and a questionable brown stain on the wall next to the door. Other than that I would probably give the hotel as a whole a 3.2/10"

"The Hotel was okay. It was clean but you can tell that it needed updating and there was some water issues going on too. The biggest issue I had was the hotel was charging my credit card every night since arrival. I went down to see why my card was being randomly charged. I never used anything as far as the phone or room service but every night there was a new charge that I had to go down a dispute. My credit card company flagged the most recent charge as fraud and block my credit card so they won't attempt to charge and I had to get a replacement card which I'm still waiting for. It was very inconvenient."

"Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, easy parking, friendly staff, easy on and off the highway. Close enough to the Cleveland but far enough away to not have to deal with big city traffic. Lots of food options nearby and a mall a mile away to bum through"
