"Whilst my room was small, it had all I needed. The highlight was the staff: reception and bar/restaurant staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, efficient. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. The restaurant menu for dinner was ok but sometimes a wider simpler choice would have been nice."

"Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room.
