"The staff were amazing. They were always helpful and I never experienced such a friendly and welcoming group of employees. The only concern I had with the hotel was the one of the two elevators was out of service throughout my 5-day stay, and the one working elevator died one morning. Several guests were trapped for about an hour until rescued by the LA Fire Department. I would nevertheless recommend this hotel, with the one caution that you might want to request a room on a lower floor."
