"Good"

"Room was okay I wasn’t expecting anything special but it was close to the soccer game we were going to so we booked it anyway. There were stains on the headboard and when we woke up after sleeping in the bed all night we found a tissue in between the sheets and duvet. Isaiah checked us in and he was polite and professional. However when we returned from the game we sat in the lobby while we waited for our door dash order. Tanya asked us to please leave the lobby because it was “closed.” I let...

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy time with the family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families!"

"Very pleasant stay great help from staff clean room and everywhere good breakfast as well !! Definitely my favorite spot to stay in Sacramento"

"The spacious suite spoke “welcome” with all the comfort features including well appointed kitchenette, comfortable furniture, soothing lighting, easy access for charging devices and electronic shades. The room was clean & refreshing! This would definitely be our choice on a return visit."

"If you think you want breakfast, Expedia rate is $10/ person. We did not select it but we're told at the time of check in we could enjoy breakfast and to let the hostess know the next day.ahowed up the next morning but were advised breakfast rate was $17,95/ person. Not sure why the rate almost double the price. We declined and stopped at Starbucks istead."

But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

"Very clean and quiet but not enough parking. Would definitely come back."

I don't like sitting on beds to do work or watch TV. My absolute favorite part of this room was the micro living room. In between conference sessions I was close enough to come back to my hotel room and get some downtime and work time on the couch. The hotel is ideally located in midtown, my favorite neighborhood in Sacramento,...
