"Room had broken glass from previous stay under bed when we took are used bedding off from are night before leaving we found four other fitted sheets understand it not sure if they were used an jus put a new one on ares but there was also rose peddles we never used that fell out or the sheets we took off that never belonged to us. Also my fiancé going to get breakfast in morning stepped on a screw that was next to a door when stepping on Gravel somehow there was a few outside the door not sure how they got there but when he reported it to front desk she was suppose to have manger call him an instead she avoided him before check out an when he went to return the key she made comment about how she was about to charge us 15 dollars due to we were 2 mins coming up on checkout vs asking about are issue an him getting nail stuck in shoe it’s in a nice location b for how much you pay an the when is mannerisms and how clean it is how clean it appears to not be. I would never stay there again."

"Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, noone was at the desk - and after I walked around and came back, the young lady appeared and said she saw me she was waiting on me to come back around before she came to the desk ( truly didn’t give me a good feeling), so I checked in she pointed out the restaurant, and that was the end of my introduction. When I got to the room, it was clean however, the towels appeared to be dingy, and the refrigerator had rust in it so needless to say, I would not dare to put any food in it. There is no microwave in the room and I just presumed that there was not one available however I saw someone from the staff using a microwave in the hall across from the elevator and I commented on it and she mentioned that there’s one on every floor in this cabinet in the hall. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that. A minor point here : There is a clock in the room that had the wrong time the entire time I was there. Confusing since it reflected eastern standard time which is the time zone that I live in instead of central standard time ( where the hotel was) so it led to a little bit of confusion. There appeared to be a snack bar, but there was nothing they gave me any indication as to what my access should or should not be to that area. Lastly, when I checked out, there was no inquiry as to how I enjoyed my stay and nothing about we hope you come back so I probably won’t! This is not what I expected from this chain!"

"Property was old and rundown. In our room, there were holes in the wall in the bathroom, the light above the sink did not work, only a couple of channels worked on the t.v., the WiFi only worked during the daytime, and the worst part is the ROACHES. We checked in at night and did not see any bugs...but the next morning we seen 2 in the bathroom and 1 in the sink, all babies. We had an appointment and came back around noon...we saw 3 more by the sink, including one huge adult bug that was behind one of our bags. We were booked to stay 2 nights...we did not. We packed up and found another hotel...thankfully, no bugs there"

"It was in a good location right next to a bus stop but it looked like they were fixing the place up and I’m sure it will be great when it’s done but it’s not there yet"

"Definitely a dated property. Our room had a bad sewer gas smell. The accessible shower was quite hazardous as the floor got very wet outside the shower and the bolts on the seat were pulling away from the wall. Overall, I would not recommend and will not be back."
