- CAPE COD-MASHPEE by South Cape Beach and GREAT RIVER boat ramp-Beautiful and fully furnished cute coastal themed one bedroom bungalow -Has AC and heat, fully appliance kitchen with granite countertops, queen size bed, full bath w shower/tub, washer and dryer, pull-out full-size sofa bed in living room with upgraded mattress, outdoor shower (rinse station) neighborhood association docks with playground, volleyball and picnic area. Best thing ever it's only 1/2 mi to South Cape Beach, close to Popponessett, New Seabury, and Mashpee Commons shopping and close to Falmouth.
