"Friendly staff…easy"

"No coffee or tea facilities Very expensive restaurant and terrible food. Very poor Maid went into room before we were checked out and removed a special pillow belonging to us. The pillow case had been removed and the pillow placed on a mound of linens. Maid had to search for my pillow. Very very disappointed. Not a cheap rate. Expected more."

"Easy parking, nice breakfast. The room was very small for our family of 4. And pillows too soft. Ok stay."

"Please discuss in detail the breakfast charges, as I was charged double, once when booking and once when checking out! Moreover, the menu does not change it remains the same except for some spreads, so if you are planning to stay for a week, then don't sign up for breakfast .. Last but not the least wifi of the hotel keeps asking to sign up again and again, every time you leave the hotel and come back1 so that is a no-goer, and I had to shift to roaming! The TV in the room has very few channels...

"Room was clean and air conditioner worked great since we arrived during the heatwave that hit Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even had laundry room to use."

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."
