"Room was clean smelt fresh, the only issue we had was with tub a little backed up when we took a shower. Overall a good experience."

"The hallway and rooms smelled strongly of smoke, which made the stay unpleasant from the start. The room itself did not feel clean—there were stains on the curtains, dust throughout the space, and noticeable grime in both the shower and on the countertops. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. If you wanted fresh towels, you had to place the used ones in a bag and personally take them to the front desk to exchange them, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of service made for a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again."

In my room the bathroom door had several holes in it and the front desk said they ordered a new one, the lock bar inside the room was broken , Bathroom has peeling paint on the ceiling and dirty vents, this place needs a lot of work, what can you expect for $90 per night , room 119"

"New property and it was in great shape. Lovely property. Rooftop restaurant offerings and staff were superb. bed was comfy, linens lovely, great draperies, decent bathroom amenities. Kudos!"

"When I first checked in I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, when I finally got the right room key I walked in to my room and was hit with a wave of heat. Went into the bathroom and there were dirty wash clothes on shower curtain rod. Breakfast was disorganized and not stocked well. Had to wait for forever for eggs to be brought out. The trash was over flowing and not checked. Dishes ran out constantly. There was no remote in my room when I checked in and had to go down stairs to get a remote for it not to work and waited an hour and 15 min to be brought one that worked. Would have been nice to be able to stream what I wanted on the tv instead of basic cable but that’s neither here nor there. I about slipped and fell in the shower because the tub was so slippery. Overall it’s beautiful to look at but not kept up with. Will not be back"
