"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Riad Adore is beautiful. The staff is amazing, unfailingly helpful and kind, and going above and beyond to provide assistance and make us comfortable. The breakfasts and dinner we enjoyed at the Riad were outstanding and a fine introduction to Moroccan food. The transfers from and to the airport were well worth the extra cost for the friendly and informative convenience. The location makes for easy access to the souks and other places to explore."

"Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day.
