"Very disappointed in the booking procedure. We were in Sudbury to attend a meeting. Not being able to book our rooms directly created a significant amount of difficulty. The number we were given to call gave an extremely high quote, so I checked other prices and chose Expedia, and booked 3 rooms. When we arrived, I was informed that there was only one room booked, but by some miracle they found another room on a different floor. Another member, not knowing that I had booked a room for her, called the number on your business card and was quoted and charged one hundred dollars more. When informed that I had booked the rooms, she immediately called to cancel her room and was told it was cancelled. She arrives at the hotel and imformed that she has two rooms booked and can not cancel them. She did not receive a confirmation number, and was hung up on when she called a second time to cancel. We travel to Sudbury often and stayed various hotels, and had no problems. I would not recommend your hotel."

"I booked an accessable room, room was not accessible for me at all. But other than that, I had a great time. Just wish there was more room to get around in my wheelchair."

"The elevator is very old and there is no use of stairs. The eggs in the complementary breakfast was similar to rubber. The curtains in the room do not cover the windows entirely and light shines through your room and may affect your sleep. Not a recommended hotel to stay at."
