"Room 509 the air con made a terrible noise. Probably needs maintenance. And I was a bit surprised that house keeping only happened if you put a label on your door? Any other hotel it happens as a given. I forgot to put it and when I got back to the room obviously it wasn’t done because I hadn’t put the label on. Maybe doing it by default is a better way? Apart from that the staff were so friendly and amazing. And when I called for more towels I got them instantly. So thank you for an all in all good experience."

"Amazing venue not far from Hobart. Stayed 2 nights and as it was not very busy upgraded our room. Fireplace to have a drink beside and breakfast was good. Definitely worth a visit "
