"The location is good. The breakfast was good. I wasn’t very happy with the pool or sauna. I was told at check in that the pool and sauna had “quiet times” from 8pm- 10pm. I stayed seven nights and that was not the case. There was a sign on the door but every night families disregarded it. Kids running in and out of the sauna unsupervised while parents sat by the pool with other kids in the pool all during “quiet hours, adults only” Calls to the management didn’t matter. The staff was indifferent...

"We had a harbour view, and it was fantastic. The place is very central, so getting to preferred destinations was easy. The staff were helpful and full of suggestions."

"Good location near Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Outdated cabins which were not worth the price paid. Confusing information about drinking water safety in the cabin. One sheet said it was safe to drink but in the cabin a large sign said don’t drink the water. The staff seemed unclear about this. Luckily we had our own water. It was cold and there are heaters and a heated blanket which work well. They don’t have a decent sized pot for cooking- they were either too small or way too big."

"Room was basic and clean. Unfortunately I could not see how the breakfast and gym were as they open at 6:30am but my meeting began at 7am."

"Good for Family"

"It was a lovely place to stay."

"Location is perfect, the room has everything that is needed, even a washing/ dryer machine. The only bad thing I could say is that the gym they had partnership with is closed and they don’t have a breakfast restaurant either"

"Quick check in, lovely room and very comfy bed ..."

"We stayed in the basic cabin and it was nice but I think they are overselling the luxury aspect a little especially for the price. If you are going in the colder months the source of heat is a gas fireplace which can be trickly to get the room to the right temperature. Also note there is no WIFI in the cabins, I don't think this is a bad thing as it helps connect you to nature a little more but something to keep in mind. The main hotel building has WIFI that works well if you need it."

"Shower and bed comfy - would stay again under the right circumstances. Great location however very basic and ticked a box. I was in a corner room and it was loud at times at night"

"The base room is very small. Good enough for a short term stay but I would look for a bigger room if you are planning on staying a longer term. The location is great just a couple of blocks from the water."

"Nothing really negative or positive to report - just a normal stay really."
