"Pros: close to the beach; breakfast at the corner diner was delicious, as was the ice cream; ice was available; a gathering space w coffee and water; clean linens when requested; keyless front entry. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were friendly. There is parking nearby in a small lot. Cons: the room was small; only having one room key was frustrating; the bed too soft & bouncy; threadbare and stained sheets; tiny, tiny shower; visibly dusty ceiling fan had sprayed dust across the walls...

"There was sand in the bed and sewer flies in the shower. The floor is uneven and feels like the house is going to collapse."

"Had a wonderful 4 night stay with the family, we took our complementary breakfast out to the gazebos near the water and it was the best view. Taking walks along the shore after the tide goes out, loved it The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff was very friendly."

"They have flies"

"Cozy , convenient and great staff. Nice little free breakfast on Sunday."

"There was a terrible smell of dampness and mold in the rooms. The hotel changed our rooms, but we ended up returning to our original rooms because the new rooms smelled even worse, likely due to a ventilation problem. We had booked three rooms, and staying in one of them was absolutely unbearable because of the mold smell. This was my first and last stay at this hotel. I would never stay here again."

"Clean room"

"MGM never disappoints. The rooms are spacious clean and super cozy. We opted for the wellness king with air purifiers and vitamin C infused shower filter. The MGM tower feels more luxurious and most importantly the smoke from the casino does not reach the rooms."
