"Overall, we had a good stay and the accommodation itself was very good. The property was comfortable and met our needs.
However, the customer service and communication were quite poor. The instructions for collecting the keys were not clear enough, and we were genuinely worried that if we arrived after 6 pm, we might not be able to get the keys and access the property. This caused unnecessary stress, especially when travelling and arriving later in the day.
Apart from the communication and check-in arrangements, everything else was good. We would just recommend improving the communication and providing clearer instructions for guests arriving after hours."
