"Nothing wrong with hotel, staff or cleanliness, the only thing I take issue with is it’s treated like a theme park. Pay to play, if you want to do anything other than what’s included with your stay at the country club-it’s going to cost you. The other thing is I paid for the “Mountain View”"

"Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall."

"The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel.
Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure."

"I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon."

"With the amount of activities aimed at small kids, this is a wonderful and great resort to take the family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was very professional and attentive. Their breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had, the variety of items were all prepared in perfection."

"A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay"

We said "wow" as soon as we enter the casitas. The place smells clean and luxurious (I guess lavender scents) and tastefully furnished with premium furnitures and designer beddings, upscale bathroom with rain shower and outside zen garden-like space. The beach is ok for Batangas standards but we stayed in the pools much more anyway. The children love the kiddie pool and the infinity pools are just fantastic! Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant is overlooking the cape, very relaxing....

Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh,...

Stayed at the hotel with my husband. He basically wants to eat bulalo in Tagaytay. This is the first time that we checked-in since Tagaytay is just near where we live. I chose Hotel Kimberly because the place looks good in the picture on their website and it has multiple amenities that we can enjoy - I AM RIGHT --- i really enjoyed everything -- the pool, billiards, obstacle course and especially the mini zoo. Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.
