"Stayed 3 nights. No lifts, just stairs. Room given was too small but we were told it was the biggest room they had.
Bed & pillows very uncomfortable. Hard on our backs.
Air-conditioning was practically non existing.
No daily cleaning while we were there.
No water supply in the bathroom/toilet for a couple of hours on 2 occasions at nights.
Staff/reception were friendly & helpful on our check-in & check-out.
