"Staff professional but not that friendly. Not too impressed that in the off season we were not allowed to use the pool or check in till 2pm. We arrived at noon. Had the place been full I would have appreciated the wait for the room. Seems petty to not at least allow guests to use the pool until the room is ready. Exterior needs a facelift. Lobby is not inviting , very dark low ceiling, it needs to be on the second floor . Advertisement for the facility is not that great when you google it. "

"Upon arrival, staff did not have my booking. Said they havent used expedia for months! Gave me old dirty room, as thats all they had. Overpriced in comparison to other newer, cleaner hotel in area."
