"We really enjoyed our stay! The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and having free parking and free laundry facilities was a huge plus. I also loved that coffee was available throughout the day. The pool was nice, and the air conditioning in our room was 10/10—it kept the room perfectly cool, especially after being out in the summer heat. Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was personable, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the staff, including housekeeping, were also kind, pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile. My only downside was that there is just one elevator for a five-story hotel. It could be a little inconvenient at times, but thankfully the stairwell was right outside our room, so we used the stairs quite often. Overall, we had a great experience. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made for a comfortable and enjoyable visit."

"Overall, our stay was good. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded expectations with a nice variety of options. The staff we interacted with during our stay were friendly and professional. The biggest issue happened at check in around 6:00 PM. We had reserved a King Suite, but were told that the hotel had mistakenly given our room to another guest. We were offered either a standard room with two double beds or assistance finding another hotel. Unfortunately, we were in town for an AAU basketball tournament, and because most hotels were booked, changing hotels really was not a practical option. Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel said they could not issue any type of credit or refund directly. If I chose not to stay, they would simply note that I should receive a refund through Expedia, which left me feeling like I would have to fight to get my money back. I do want to recognize the front desk clerk, who handled the situation as well as anyone could have. He was genuinely apologetic, professional, and did everything he could to make things right. He even offered a complimentary upgrade on a future stay. While I appreciated the gesture, I am not sure when we will be back in the area to use it. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the way the staff handled the situation. However, giving away a reserved room, especially when the hotel is fully booked, is a significant inconvenience and very unprofessional."

"The staff is great. The hotel breakfast is really good. Plenty of space for people to sit down and eat. Really close to several stores, theatre and restaurants. Great place to stay. This was our second time here and I will use them any time we are in this area."
