VERY CLEAN + AIR CONDITIONING + PARKING + INTERNET
This is a 3 bedroom house with 3 toilets in a calm street close to the city centre. There is also secure car parking and fibre internet. To sum up, there is Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living area.
I am an experienced superhost with 100% good reviews on other platforms. The house is being cleaned and disinfected according to updated guidelines.
I am a senior researcher working in the medical faculty and I have the expertise to ensure the house is kept in good and healthy conditions.
The space
The pictures are not making justice as one cannot see the high ceilings and how spacious the place is. These pictures are made just with my mobile and they are not professional ones, this means in reality it does look much better. You will be surprised and happy in booking to stay here.

You can use the whole house. Enough utensils and dishes are supplied. Bath towels, shampoos, toilet/tissue paper and complimentary coffee/tea is also provided.

There is fiber internet and free secure car parking. The house is relatively close to the city centre (taxi is about 5 pounds), and because the house is in a residential area it is very calm and quiet.
