Welcome to my home!
Tastefully decorated, this chic 120m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The spacious living room boasts a pair of exceptionally comfortable sofas for relaxation, a large-screen TV for enjoying all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The room is enhanced by generously sized windows that usher in ample natural light, creating an even more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, it offers direct access to the backyard, providing a lush retreat adorned with outdoor furniture.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.
There are a total of four bedrooms available. Two bedrooms feature spacious and homely king-size beds; another has a double bed, and the fourth has a single bed. Each bedroom is well-lit and exudes a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
