The hotel was amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was more spacious than others we stayed in at Tokyo AND there was AC that actually worked! Which was much needed in July. If you use the gym, itās very small. There is onsite laundry but you have to dry your clothes multiple times which was annoying. Overall, Iād definitely stay here again

If you are looking for tranquility in the middle of a big city, this hotel is for you! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gardens on the property were incredible. Beds are smaller and harder than expected but we made them work. The only other thing that I didnāt care for was having to pay to use the pool. That was strangeā¦so we only went one time, which was a bummer.

"NO FRILLS HOTEL. I came on a motorcycle and they directed me to public parking and theres no front driveway to unload so ita a major inconvenience carrying bags to the hotel from public parking. Room smelled like a dog was there before."
