"Hotel is one stop subway ride from Yokohama, very convenient. This hotel is inside a mall, with coffee shops, some restaurants, few bakeries. Downstairs has direct bus to Haneda airport, very convenient."
"We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 6). While the room is on the smaller side, it was incredibly well-designed and made excellent use of the space. We never felt cramped, even with an open suitcase and a compact stroller in the room. Everything had its place, making our stay very comfortable.
The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well after long days of exploring.

"Nice hotel, however probably one of the hotels I had the hardest time communicating with the staff (not their fault as I don’t speak Japanese). Went to the buffet for dinner and breakfast, the food wasn’t bad although the service left much to be desired for. Had to ask for water, coffee and plates to be removed (yet those things were being done for other tables). Close to lots of shopping, the Cupnoodle museum and the red brick warehouses."
