"Standard all inclusive type venue, some staff friendly and helpful, others seem to not want to be there
Miles from anywhere, definitely get a hire car as the on site taxis try and monopolise - give the guy on the gate a few quid he will wash your car and let you park up top
Food very average, caters for the eastern European palate
Pools and entertainment decent for the kids
Rooms a good quality and spacious"

"We came as a couple for a four-day wedding anniversary stay. The location was excellent. Compared to every other property surrounding it, this is the best: understated yet luxurious, quiet yet family-friendly, and meticulously maintained. We had a lovely room for two with a jacuzzi on the balcony that made for some nice memories. The grounds are lovely, both family-friendly and couple-friendly, as there are quiet spaces set aside for adults only as well as spaces for families with kids. The food was amazing; we gorged ourselves a bit. The staff was wonderful. Here we send a special shout-out to Vural bey for making our anniversary celebration one to remember through his generosity. Also, Tugba hanim was very kind and helpful to us in the first day. I'd love to list everyone in the wait staff by name, but the space is not nearly enough. The other guests are wonderful, too. Barut Hemera is very highly recommended, if you plan to stay in Side. Don’t even consider any of the other options."
"I was double charged by Expedia - they scam and when double charged take for ever to repay the money. I am waiting now to be refunded for the double charge but have not heard back from them although me email to Expedia was on March 25, 2026..
Dodgy slippery company- "
"Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again."
"The staff were attentive to every need. The food was amazing with a wide selection of dishes available every meal. You must try the baklava it was amazing. "
"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special.
On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable.
In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "
"Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room.
The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed some of the beds so people couldn't get one. There were always lifeguards on the two pools and the kids loved the slides. The pool bars were nice with a good choice and the queues were never too big. I didn't like the fact that they served the drinks around the pool area in glasses though. We saw a few broken glasses around the path, this is not safe with children around. There is a shuttle to the private beach area, the staff were always cleaning up the beach. The beach bar is a bit unloved and tatty. The hotel is in a quiet area and a short walk takes you to shops and a few bars. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Side old town, which was lovely on a night. We would stay here again, we were sad to leave. "
