Food is average, sea is great but entrance to the water is full of big rocks so not good, staff at the reception is very rude, we had some issues with the room it was full of bugs and only after big argument with the reception they put us in the different room. Would not recommend this hotel and will not travel again.

The Beach is very deep

Lake view was nice, we did not use spa... The beach is not good, it is very deep. When you enter a meter, depth becomes 1,5 - 2,0 meters. They put some bricks inside the sea, but it is not working, they have to solve this problem. Best solution is building a dock.

The staff were great, very polite and attentive. The location is great, being able to walk a few yards to the beach is fab. Having two pools was nice as one of them is away from the speakers although you can still hear the music / people talking on the microphone. The areas which i feel could be improved are, turn the volume down on the speakers, this disturbs people who want a quite relaxing time around the pools. Reduce the number of times the entertainment staff come round asking for people to join in the classes or play games, this in my mind is not required, it down grades the hotel. The variety in the food needs improving, the number of different options was very limited, the food is good in taste just having different options would be better.

I recently stayed at Kaya Side Hotel for 7 nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price point. Firstly, the hotel is quite weak in terms of entertainment and activities. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, Kaya Side offers significantly less value. The food was not terrible, but lacked variety — it felt like the same dishes were served every day. Additionally, there were noticeable hygiene issues with the dishes, particularly with the beverage glasses, which were often dirty. Another major issue was the severe lack of sunbeds both at the beach and by the pool. Finding a sunbed felt like a survival game — you had to wake up extremely early just to reserve a spot. This shortage caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for guests. It also seemed that the hotel was understaffed, which affected the overall service quality. When comparing it to other resorts I've visited, such as Kaya Artemis in Cyprus, Kaya Side falls short in nearly every aspect. For the same price, there are much better hotel options available.

Die Zimmer waren im guten Zustand und sauber. Allerdings kann man das von den Restaurants nicht behaupten. Bei dieser Menge von Hotelgästen waren zu wenige Beschäftigte. Ein einziger Kellner hat sich um viel zu viele Sachen und Menschen kümmern müssen, so dass die Qualität entsprechend sank. Das Essen war nicht sehr ansprechend, aber in Ordnung. Wir haben erst an unserem letzten Tag was für die Minibar bekommen. Davor hatten wir nicht einmal Kaffee im Zimmer. Wir haben auch einige Male gesehen, dass Gäste an ihrem ersten Tag Obstteller etc. bekommen. Wir hatten das auch nicht. Ich denke, bei so einem großen Hotel mit so vielen Gästen braucht man entweder mehr Personal oder eine bessere Organisation. Der Strand war gut. Die Kinder hatten Spaß

Ikke som forventet av et 5 stjernes hotell. Dårlig service og dårlig standard på hotell rommet. Hyggelig personell på stranden og de som jobbet med aktiviteter, men ellers dårlig service. Snakker dårlig engelsk og måtte flere ganger be om rene håndklær og påfyll av vann og kaffe på rommet. Lite variasjon i utvalg av mat.

Es istceine sehr große, sehr gepflegte große Anlage mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal, alle waren sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nochmal ins Kaya Side reisen.Die Zimmer sind groß, man hat ausreichend Platz, Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Mini Bar wurde auch immer aufgefüllt! Das Personal an der Rezeption war zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr schnell um alles gekümmert. Fast jeder konnte sehr gutes Englisch sprechen, somit gab es auch keine Verständigungsprobleme. Liegen am Pool, sowie am Strand waren genügend vorhanden!

Kurztrip empfehlenswert

Super gepflegte Hotelanlage, schöner Strand, reichhaltiges Angebot beim Essen. Lecker und bekömmliche Speisen, sogar für Zöliakie- Geplagte gibt es glutenfreies Essen. Freundliches Personal und gelungene Animation. Selbst für einen Kurztrip ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Entspannung garantiert.
