The two spacious houses at Finca Son Pages are offered together for groups of up to 24 people. They are ideal for vacations shared by several families or for companies hosting workshops for clients or employees. Both houses offer a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Sunny terraces invite you to relax at the finca, even though some of the island’s most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away.

The two identical fincas are situated on a 30,000-square-meter property, each featuring a large central living and dining area that opens onto the south-facing terrace. The adjoining air-conditioned suites have their own spacious bathrooms and offer enough space for a family with two children. The ocean-view suites face the terrace and each has an additional bedroom with two single beds in the attic. The mountain-view suites feature an additional double bed on a loft level. In total, each house can accommodate 12–16 people.

The central living area, with its fully equipped modern kitchen, fireplace, and long dining table, offers plenty of space without ever feeling cramped. The suites serve as the ideal retreat, featuring their own living area and large beds perfect for dreaming and relaxing. The interior is stylishly decorated in a modern Mallorcan country house style. Beamed ceilings, natural stone tiles, and the natural color scheme create an atmospheric setting. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a cozy indoor climate in winter and on cold days during the off-season.

The fincas are fully equipped with every conceivable amenity, so you’ll hardly miss a thing: mosquito nets, irons, hair dryers, fans, washing machines, espresso machines, large gas grills on the terraces, and fiber-optic internet, to name just a few.

The Mallorcan ambiance of the fincas, the panoramic ocean views, the peaceful rural surroundings, nearby sandy beaches, and the spacious grounds are what make this place so unique. On the sunny terraces—which also offer shade when needed and are furnished with teak furniture—you can enjoy the day and unwind while taking in the magnificent panoramic views. The property is located at the end of a path, making it secluded and out of sight of passersby. The two houses have identical floor plans and blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape. The lower finca borders a small pine forest, and the upper finca overlooks the wooded valley with a view of the pool. Everything is connected by small paths.

The large shared pool area between the two houses offers plenty of space, even for larger groups. Even when the fincas are fully occupied, activities are usually spread out among beach trips, the pool, the living area, the sun decks, and the apartments, ensuring a private atmosphere at all times. In the large 15x6m pool, you can swim long laps—whether to refresh yourself in the morning or to cool off in the evening after a day of exploring. The typical Mallorcan straw umbrellas and teak sun loungers create a beach-like ambiance, but in a soothing oasis of tranquility.

In the evening on the terrace, as the sun disappears behind the mountain peaks, the grill beckons for a culinary barbecue—a chance to enjoy the region’s specialties, freshly prepared in good company, with a view of the sea under the starry sky.

Son Pages is located in the heart of the Sierra Llevant, a mountain range that stretches across the eastern part of the island from Santanyi to Arta. The property is part of the small village of S’Espinagar, an old estate that has been divided into generously sized plots. There’s a typical Mallorcan restaurant right nearby, so you can eat out without having to get in the car. S'Espinagar is located halfway along the country road between the beautiful natural harbors of Porto Cristo and Portocolom. The region is known for its idyllic calas—narrow sandy beaches framed by rocks and crystal-clear water. Some beaches are well-developed and offer amenities such as bars, cafés, and restaurants, while others are secluded and accessible only on foot. They’re perfect for families with young children who love to splash around in shallow water, as well as for active vacationers who want to snorkel and swim. Cala Marçal in Portocolom is particularly well-suited for children, Cala Sa Nau in S’Horta is ideal for snorkelers, and the unspoiled Cala Varques is perfect for hikers—all just about a 10-minute drive away.
