Located right in the heart of town, this cozy, two-story condo is ready for your next exciting Mammoth ski-cation! The sparkling, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two, while the nearby pub-height table for four is ideal for meals or game nights. The living area includes a sectional sofa, a wall-mounted, Netflix-equipped flatscreen TV, and a warming wood-burning stove. Guests can also warm up in one of the shared hot tubs, and swim in the seasonal, outdoor pool.
Those wishing to indulge in some Nordic skiing will want to head over to the Tamarack Ski Center just six miles from your front door. When the temperature rises, visit Lake Mary for canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and picnicking all just five miles away. Younger visitors can blow off some steam at the Community Center Park playground, just a mile-and-a-half away, while you'll find several shopping and dining options within walking distance, including Mammoth's favorite, authentic Mexican restaurant, Roberto's Cafe.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
