"1. The temperature was 13°C when we arrived. We enquired about the heating and were informed that it would be switched on at 9pm. By 10 pm, the room was still cold, so we returned to reception and were given a small portable heater, as the radiators had been turned off for the summer season. 2. "Great check in, spotless and tidy facilities. The lounge is gorgeous, especially in the evening with the candles and fire. Fully functional WiFi, central heating and hot showers. Glad to see such a well run YHA!"
