"Fantastic reception staff making check in quick and easy Room extremely clean with a spacious balcony overlooking the hotel pool. Breakfast menu caters for all tastes with different cuisines catered for every day. Staff very helpful and polite throughout the hotel. Perfect location for a walk to the beach literally 2 minutes down the road. Amazing places to eat on the doorstep highly recommend Mr Pintos (Steakhouse) opposite the hotel"

"Hotel is great , clean , tidy , good selection at breakfast Warm pool , no issues getting sun lounger , relaxed atmosphere, roof top bar and pool lovely , at check out able to get a shower room later on before flight home , can’t fault hotel , didn’t have entertainment at night but had few things on round pool during day , dJ and sax player , and at breakfast one morning had live music , Great location old town 4 min walk , strip 12 min walk Book you won’t regret it ,thanks for great stay xx"

"We had a lovely stay at Climia 2sleep Apartments in Benidorm and would definitely come back! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and were very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the luggage room at reception, where you can leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. There is also a shower and changing area, which is perfect if you have a late flight and want to enjoy the beach a little longer. The apartment has a small but very well-equipped kitchen, which is great if you want to cook. A couple of small suggestions: guests are asked to leave the apartment clean, which is perfectly reasonable, but there were no rubbish bags provided. It would be helpful to have a few available. Also, having basic essentials such as salt would be a nice touch. Two drawers, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, were already broken, and the drying rack on the balcony was damaged. We understand the 24-hour reporting rule, but we think apartments should be checked before each new guest arrives, as some issues may not be noticed or used during a stay. Finally, perhaps guests travelling with pets could be reminded to keep noise down at night. A dog barking around midnight on our first night was quite disruptive. Apart from these small points, everything was fantastic. Great location, very close to the beach, lovely staff !"

"Loved the hotel. The staff were amazing and location great for Benidorm near restaurants and the beach, we forgot there is a crazy size of Benidorm for all the party people. Very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was great. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our family and friends ."

"Room was small but clean and suitable for my three nights, had a balcony to. Location perfect in old town, 5 min walk to beach and it took me 30 Minutes each night to walk to the strip. Continental breakfast was a joke, they deliver a bag containing warm carton of juice, bread roll, two cake items, butter, jam and paper cup, and sachet of coffee. I did not touch any of mine. I was a little upset about this, as this was why out of two options I choose this hotel due to it including the breakfast. The only other complaint as a solo traveller the surprise request for 200 euro deposit. I paid on my credit card, however, for the refund it is to be paid up to 14 days after by bank transfer to a bank account. Praying it does get refunded. I will also mention all the staff are spanish and do not understand any English."
