"The room was small and furniture dated, however there was plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower was excellent. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the sea and bay. The rooftop area was great with lots of seating and the jacuzzi was super. Could not fault the Staff or the restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"The breakfast was lovely as were the staff...the room was cleaned daily and although spotless I expected it to be more modern. I stayed in the privilege room and the shower although clean was a bit grubby and had a damp smell which lingered in the room."

"DO NOT stay here unless you want a dose of food poisoning!!!! This is no way a 4 star hotel. Three of us on the first day went down for dinner in the hotel restaurant. We ate at 9pm and by 9.30 pm we were all vomiting. Seems a coincidence!! By 1am we were so ill we had to get a doctor to come out and give injections to stop the vomiting and diarrhea. Spent the next day in bed and it came to our attention that lots of people in the hotel were ill. When we spoke to reception they denied any issue and told us it was stomach flu!! We never ate in the hotel again and had to spend extra eating out. Staff also in the hotel were very rude - as if trained to be so!!! Everything a bother to them and a big attitude. Lifts so slow and one broken for a few days. The list could go on and on and on. This placed should be inspected by health and safety. Terrible."

"The hotel is key code entry, which for us was a massive benefit as we arrived early hours of the morning. Its also very safe and secure. We stayed in room 605 which was a terraced room. The terrace was large and got the sun most of the day, it had a table and 4 chairs and 2 loungers of good quality. The room itself was bright, modern very clean and quiet. The bed was very confrtable and the linens were of very good quality. The pillows were excellent. There was a free safe and expresso machine and refrigerator. The bathroom was large, bright and modern. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. We had a fantastic 5 days stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's in the fence!"

"Receptionist was really helpful and friendly. He knew my name every time i walked passed and made a point of saying Hello. Not sure of his name but 10/10 for customer service."

"Room was small but bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good but would have like the floors cleaned. Breakfast was ok but very limited only had 2 different fruits and yogurt some days. Didn't have a very regular supply of breakfast foods. The receptionist was not very friendly."

"Room was great. Separate toilet and shower and a prep/dressing area. Balcony on side of hotel with good view of the sea and morning to mid day sunshine. Food was excellent with a good variety of freshly prepared food. Would stay again"
