"Todo estaba bien."

"La verdad es que pasé una estancia maravillosa. Todo el personal fue muy amable y la instalación está en excelentes condiciones. Sin dudas vuelvo a hospedarme en este hotel cuando vuelva a Orlando."

"Great place. We expected regular bunk beds because we are all adults but they are 100% for kids. Otherwise was amazing"

"Always a good experience. However I don’t love that they’re using a 3rd party for parking fees."

"Excellent stay for our Halloween Horror Nights 🌙 stay. Staff was very accommodating and professionals and friendly. Clean, well maintained rooms and common areas. Breakfast was not included so remember it cost for a basic standard continental like breakfast. Parking also was not included. The shuttle is very limited so know before your go. I will stay again."

"The building is dated looks that every thing is falling s"

"Awful visit. Awful parking,"

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to Universal Studios."

"Exelente vuelvo"

"Alles bestens für 2 Nächte Universal Studios per Shuttle erreichbar ebenso zu Fuß ca 25 min alles bestens gewesen"

"Third year staying here for the Universal Halloween Horror Nights and we'll be back next year."

"The entire first floor if the property smells TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves their trash in the halls and it smells disgusting. Our tv in the master room didn’t work and the master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain consistently so showering was gross. The second bathroom had snot on the bathroom wall. The only positive is that there was enough room for our party of 7. Next time we will book two different rooms at a hotel."
