"Room was cleaned everyday and the staff were really friendly except when we left our towels on a beach bed when we went for a coffee , the towels were removed and a disgruntled member of staff who was not very nice, we were told that we were not allowed to leave the towels and itā€™s the hotelā€™s policy ..."
