"Very close to airport, free shuttle easy to find using Air Train from baggage claim. Check in a little rough. I prepaid my stay and was a bit confused when they asked for a credit card. They still pre charged $100 on my card as a credit hold. It wasn’t processed after checking out. I had to manually write in personal data on a form despite booking online, prepaying. Be prepared for slow check in process if there’s a line. I suspect this was more of a security issue to capture your image during check in. Virtually everything is done online for efficiency. Other than checking ID at checkin there was no reason to fill forms and swipe a card for incidentals that did not occur. If you use Expedia verses booking directly with service provider you will not get any credit with their programs. I find booking through Expedia is more convenient and you can insure your stay stay against unknowns."

"Clean room, but the general hallway had a really bad fish smell. This could be from the pool. All staff was available in our room was cleaned every day. The snack bar is expensive. There is no item under three dollars. The bar was closed majority of the weekend because of the rainy weather. Overall, I had a great experience here. I was able to adjust my room temperature exactly where I needed it to be. I would stay here again if it wasn’t due to the terrible traffic going to Manhattan. There is a shuttle that caused four dollars in cash that goes straight to Manhattan but you have to walk a little to get there."

"I can’t find any problems. I just want to address my concerns before I book the hotel and my experience afterwards. First is the location, it’s 22 minutes of walk to Harrison Path station, not bad, it’s $10 for uber/lift, it’s Ok. Second is the parking, it’s just a parking lot by the building, there’s no gate. If you have a higher risk car, parking will be a concern. Over all it’s better than expected, I would come again. Appreciate."

"We ended up arriving to the city a day early, but out stay was booked so we just needed somewhere to crash for the night before going into NYC for our actual stay. As we pulled up to the hotel around 11pm and I was a bit taken back because the back side of the hotel was not very glamorous. However once we pulled to the front, it was attractive. The front desk worker was very nice and quick. Still skeptical, we went up to the rooms and when we entered it was actually VERY large and VERY new and VERY clean! Most of the time these hotel beds are the worst, but these mattresses were new and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if I was ever looking in that area! Once we checked out and went into the city it took us like 7 minutes and we were in downtown NYC!"
