About this property

1 Bed in Macclesfield (oc-91899)

  • A gorgeous little gem, tucked away on a country lane, with wonderful countryside views at the back and a beautiful garden space where you can catch the sun throughout the day. There is a wonderful pub that serves food just down the road, and a further pub less than a mile away. The property sits just 3 miles outside of the Peak District, and a mere 5.5 miles from Leek, which offers a large array of shops, restaurants and cafes for you to explore. You have stunning and dramatic moorland to discover, with the wild wonders of Cheshire, Staffordshire and its Moorlands, and Derbyshire all accessible to you from this property.

Walking into the solid oak kitchen, you are met with a wonderfully equipped space complete with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. No matter what your cooking experience or desire is, you will find yourself with more than enough equipment to rustle up your favourite meals. There is a refurbished downstairs bathroom that leads off from the kitchen, with beautiful tones and soft colours in this large space. The lounge has a reclaimed wood floor and beautiful beamed ceiling, it also doubles as a dining room to enjoy a meal together at the dining table. You'll find plenty of books to read on the bookshelf, along with a Bluetooth speaker, a selection of CDs and DVDs, a Smart TV with Sky, and comfortable seating. On cooler evenings there is a wood burner effect gas fire to cosy up in front of. Upstairs offers a twin bedroom and a very comfortable amount of storage for your stay. There is also more storage space under the stairs and a safe for your valuables.

Outside there is not one, but three different spaces to sit and enjoy this peaceful and secluded location. The garden is so beautiful and well laid out and fully enclosed. There is a BBQ for you to use, a hose for those muddy paws, and seating on both sides of the property so you can chase the sun all day long. The open natural field at the back of the property can be entered through a gate out of the garden for extra space for your furry friends.
