"This stay was great! Tucked away from the bustle of times square, but still close enough to everything to have an easy time getting around. "Beautiful courtyard to sit in the middle of Manhattan! Great views from room of NYC skyline. Staff a little short at times because seemed very busy! Only major problem was the elevators! Seems like only a few were working! Same 3 or 4 worked. And sometimes taken up my cleaning staff so you had to wait for the next one!"
