"The Hotel is gorgeous. However, our King bed room was not available. Borgata and Bet MGM have merged. We were given a 2 bed room at BET MGM which is a long walk away from Borgata. And the customer service agent kept saying because we used third party Expedia they couldn’t accommodate us. First, time had an issue or felt a way using Expedia. The customer service stated that if we would’ve booked with Borgata they would’ve accommodated us. Not nice at all."

"A well situated hotel with lovely renovations Rooms are clean and the staff helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable Parking is easy, safe and well lit. I will always choose this property when in South Jersey."

"Nice hotel"

"Good place to stay"

"I would give this hotel a better rating; however, the view from my room was overlooking a dirty roof top. Also, the size of the toilet in room 602 was the size of a potty. In order to keep sanitary, you must stand and wipe, or your hand will be inside the toilet bowl."

"Great place; I've stayed many times. They never disappoint!"

"More relaxed less traffic. Nice casino. Breakfast was very good"

"We absolutely loved this property. It was festive, cute, inviting and also had a flair for the humorous! We will be back for sure!"
