"Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go. I can’t fault the IBB Grand Hotel. It’s perfect."

The buffet-style breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food that I could eat in accordance with my dietary needs. The staff were polite, professional and welcoming. "Beautiful, elegant and super comfortable. However, a few things were amiss: the toilet ring and shower doors were loose, the heaters and heated rail in the bathroom cold, and - importantly - the shower started out hot but became tepid quite quickly. Fortunately, we were not here in winter!"
