This hotel has character, well furnished ,very nice comfortable bed , warm, amazing buffet breakfast ,staff are great ,water in the shower was a bit hit and miss ,not always warm ,10 minutes walk to the old town ,a fridge in the room and this pace would be a 10 for me

The hotel is situated inside the beautifully renovated yeshiva building. It affords the opportunity to visit the old synagogue and see an exhibition about the building. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very good.

Very good but need attention

The location was good, service of the team was friendly and the room was quite and comfortable. There were three issues that need fixing. The shower tab was broken, the arm of the single chair was broken and the sofa has problems on one side.

Definitely not a 4* hotel - more like a 2* - lovely building and clean room, but stained, patched carpets, an air conditioner that didn't cool the room (in a heatwave), and you had to specifically request the controller. Generally poor facilities. Apart from the very nice man on check in, the staff didn't seem interested at all - lady when I checked out didn't even interrupt her phone call. Breakfast staff didn't seen to be trained at all - 'hot' items were left to go cold and with no burner under the trays, bread and milk ran out and not replaced, staff disappeared. This is very surprising in Poland where hotel staff are generally outstanding.

The food in their restaurant was one of the worst food! Wasn't what was described on the menu. They just shrug when i told them about the inedible food. Key card doesn't work the morning of checkout. We went to take our luggages down to the car and couldn't get back into the room before the checkout time is up. The slowest elevator, if the elevator is at the ground level you will have to wait about 5 minutes for it to get up to you and if you missed it by 1 floor it could easily takes 10 minutes!!!

This is a 2*, not a 4* hotel. The rating is misleading, I would have never booked it it it was properly rated. There was no fridge inside the room. We had to go down to the reception, because the phone in the room didn’t work, to ask for one, which was at least brought fast, empty and of course not cold. The room had A/C, but not remote control, which was kept at the reception. You have to ask for it. There was no light on the second floor, so when we returned from the city, we had to walk in the dark from the elevator to the room. It took two days to have the lights fixed. The safe in the room didn’t work. We were promised to be fixed, but it wasn’t. The room wasn’t clean, the only thing the cleaning stuff did during our 3 days stay was to empty once the garbage bags. The pillows should be changed, are very used. The bathroom OK. The breakfast was good. The stuff at the reception was pleasant. The rest is terrible. The sidewalk in front of the hotel’s wall was very dirty, it looked like it wasn’t clean in ages.

Hotel jest położony blisko Rynku (10minut piechotą), dzięki czemu jest idealnym miejscem wypadowym zarówno dla wyjazdów służbowych,jak i turystycznych. Hotel elegancki i z historią, obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam przepyszne śniadania!
