"Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very convenient to the exhibition centre. Carpark directions and space shapes are certainly... creative. But plenty of space as long you don't follow the arrows that point to nowhere."

"Checked in ok and tge stay was overall pleasant Just maintaining the shower temp was an issue. The room was also pretty warm in the night and with the temp setting at 16° it never got any cooler"

"Great location central to the train station and many attractions. It’s clear they maintain the rooms well including a fresh coat of paint, which you don’t always see with older hotels like this one (usually the paint ends up quite grubby) the breakfast is excellent as well"

"Our 2 day stay at the hotel was good .was very clean and staff very nice . We didn't eat there so can't comment on food it's in a great location everything within walking distance . The only downside was having to pay £36 for 2 nights parking within the hotel grounds A paying customer shouldn't be billed for this and I only found out about this the day before we arrived ."

"Well located hotel, very walkable to everything. Beware they only have 7 car park spaces (chargeable) and parking locally is very expensive - we street parked and got a bus in and out. Nice bar and restaurant areas. No dairy free yogurt or anything at breakfast but nice fruit and good menu to order from. Felt a shame that you can’t even go in the corner of the open restaurant area with dog for breakfast."

"Although I had apparently booked a standard room it was presented in a very high specification and was more spacious than its m2 rating would suggest. Staff were polished and highly professional at all levels. I knew the breakfast was highly rated but that was exceeded and the venue inspiring."
