"It was an okay stay, had better considering the price reception bit spikey not very welcoming once signed in if not staying in the hotel left to your own devices as to where you have to go, prices for drinks expensive plus food expensive, breakfast ok had better would I stay in a sarova hotel again no sorry."

"Good hotel, definitely need a car. Rooms are nice, ours was a little warm, unsure if air-conditioning was available. We were very fortunate and had a free upgrade - big room, clean, good bathroom also clean. Bar and restaurant are both nice - food at both is very good - although drinks prices are a tad high. Restaurant is a bit under staffed at breakfast, if busy getting a clear table can be a challenge. But all staff are really friendly and helpful. We also used the spa - the lounge is lovely and the pool and sauna are also both good."

"This hotel is extremely big; many rooms are in flat-style blocks that feel disjointed from the main hotel, but it's good for big events. The drinks are at a high premium rate but the staff lack knowledge of how they should be served. The pool is family-friendly, so it's not good for couples looking to relax. Our bathroom needed some TLC, the bath panel had blown, however, Penhaligons soap is a nice treat. The outside areas are lovely for walks. "
